Heritage Place Dues and Fees
The annual assessment for each owner is $720.00, billed quarterly at $180.00 for each quarter. A $50 late fee is assessed if payment is not received on the delinquent date. Quarterly statements will be sent to each owner and assessments will be due as follows:
1st Quarter

Residents are now encouraged to pay using Zelle. No fees, no stamps, no visits to the post office!

Notice: Starting with the 2nd quarter 2023 dues payments that are due by April 30, 2023, the HOA fees will be increased by $5/mo. This will be a $60 annual increase per resident. Dues have not been raised in over 10 years but unfortunately our HOA expenses have increased over time and the HOA can no longer absorb these increases without slightly raising the dues for each resident.
